OJSC «Production association Elabuga Automotive Plant» is a famous producer of special machinery of the Russian Federation and CIS for oil and gas complex; wheel tractors, road- construction and municipal machinery, vehicle components.

Availability of large park of up-to-date metal-working machinery, highly skilled personnel, quality management ISO 9001, modern storage buildings and ramified dealer network, allows the company to manufacture high quality products, meeting customers requirements first of all according parameters “price-quality”.

Customers of ELAZ products are famous companies such as OJSC «Gazprom», OJSC «NK Rosneft», OJSC «Lukoil», OJSC «Тatneft», OJSC «Gazpromneft», OJSC «КAMAZ».

In  2009 the company concluded an agreement about cooperation with State transport leasing company of the Russian Federation (OJSC  «GTLK») and started supplies of road and municipal machinery to road enterprises of the country within the frameworks of federal program using leasing schemes.

ELAZ has developed production of wide range of special machinery for road-construction and municipal works on different truck chassis and chassis of wheel tractors “Belarus”.
