Elabuga polytechnic college (ЕPC)
The key problem of professional education is the improvement of specialists training quality. The decision of this problem we found in social partnership with EPC. Currently only in close contact can be decided the issue of good quality professional training of specialists and good quality products manufacturing accordingly.
Practical training of students is organized annually. When on practice the students are assigned to the area of work and team by order and a tutor is appointed. The students are provided with working clothes. Payment for work is divided in two parts: first is tariff part, which is paid to all students, the second is bonus part which is paid by team upon results of the practice of each student. After practical training of the third (graduating) course the students are employed to the same team where they undergone training. Thus the period of adaptation for young workers elapses more quickly.
The employees and the students of EPC actively participate in social life of association staff. From time to time they take prize-winning places in summer and winter sports contests, participate in concert programs during “Sabantuy” folk festival, professional festivals held in ELAZ subdivisions. For valuable contribution in personnel training the association management more than once awarded certificates of honour to teaching-engineering staff of the college. The association management takes part in “first bell and farewell bell” events which take place in the college.
A program approved by general director was elaborated in the association for speedy refresher training of graduating students. Highly qualified specialists of the association are put in charge of young workers beginning from their first working day. On expiry of 6 months the young workers pass exams.
