Policy of Youth
Policy of Youth of OJSC «PA ELAZ» is a part of manpower strategy of the enterprise and reflects concerned attitude of company management to young workers.
The practice showered that the earlier the young person undergoes relative good quality training the faster he makes headway provided, he displays his activity and defines precise career goals.
Currently there are a lot of possibilities for young people to show their initiative. The process of implementation of up-to-date production systems requires much energy, persistence and creative strategy -that’s young person way.
Youth Union was established ELAZ to support young people.
ELAZ Youth Union is the form of progress and starting point for the most initiative young employees of the association.
ELAZ Youth Union is the initiative team formed from young people, headed by the chairman and efficiently participating in social life of the association’s young employees. The Youth Union was established for the purpose of encouraging creative activity and development of personnel capabilities of young specialists as well as for protection of their social interests.
The young employee is considered a person continuously working in the association in the position indicated in Labor Agreement. The status of young employee is assigned automatically and extends up to 35 years old.
The young employees enjoy some privileges: when getting employed to the association, when returning back to work at ELAZ after military service, when getting married, giving birth to a child. The interests of young people are set forth in the collective agreement of OJSC «PA ELAZ» in article «Work with youth».
Thus, the target of young people policy — to give equal attention to all young specialists and special support to more enthusiastic ones.
