Quality management system
The strategy of our enterprise is to assure stable product quality level, meeting requirements and expectations of customers, extend products range and production volume with the purpose of meeting market demands and gaining of profit needed for establishment of extended reproduction, and motivate enterprise staff for improvement of products and performance quality.
Quality management system development stages
In August 1998 the enterprise was granted correspondence certificate certifying that production status could assure characteristics stability of units and assemblies of automotive and oil equipment and meets requirements of standards GPOST R ISO 9001-2001.
In October 2000 upon carrying out of certification audit by Quality System Certification Body the enterprise was given Quality system correspondence certificate to GOST R ISO 9002 requirements (MS ISO 9002 version 1994) as regards to production of parts, assemblies and equipment for automotive, oil and gas industry.
In September 2001 the construction laboratory was attested by Gosstandart of Russia for the right of carrying out construction materials tests (Certificate of 13.09.2001 ¹ 16).
In October 2003 upon carrying out of audit and evaluation of Quality management system (QMS), OJSC «NIITs «Techspetsservice», the Quality System Certificate Body issued QMS certificate of correspondence for design, development and production of:
- Passenger vehicle and trucks parts and assemblies;
- Automotive production items;
- Oil drilling equipment and spare parts;
- Products of construction, road and municipal machine building;
- Industrial pipe fitting;
- Welded metal structures
- Agricultural tractors and machines.
In January200 Gosstandart of Russia prolonged accreditation of the enterprise Metrological service, extending the range of verifying measurement instruments.
In August 2004 the plant’s laboratory was attested in Industrial safety examination system for the right of carrying out control of equipment and materials by nondestructive methods (Certification certificate of 12.08.2004 ¹ 521480100).
In October 2004. Gosstandart of Russia prolonged terms of certification of construction laboratory for the right of carrying out construction materials testing.
Inspection control in 2005 has confirmed that enterprise quality management system continues to meet requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001(MS ISO 9001:2000).
Quality strategy development.
The enterprise management undertakes to develop quality strategy by:
- Elaboration and realization of Quality Policy;
- Introduction of quality management system and increase of its effectiveness;
- Increase of manufactured products quality;
- Provision of effective cooperation with suppliers and customers on mutually beneficial basis;
- Timely elimination of mismatchings and causes of their;
- Provision of corresponding labor conditions;
- Provision of personnel with relative level of proficiency;
- Decrease of products manufacture and sale costs and expenses.
Competitiveness and technical level of products is maintained for the account of improvement of production technology and products tests, elaboration and implementation of new and upgraded types of products.
Manufactured products quality is confirmed by carrying out of certification tests.
Enterprise employees implement quality strategy in their activity using the following principles:
- Realization of «who is our customer», and what are his special requirements today and what will be in future;
- Development of specific purposes on the basis of quality policy and methods of their decision in each subdivision;
- Study of domestic and foreign experience in development and production of analogue products for the purpose of foreseeing and providing customers requirements;
- Analysis of quality and control production processes along the whole products life cycle;
- Improvement of QMS processes functioning on the basis of analysis of its effectiveness;
- Training in quality management issues and participation of each employee in production processes improvement;
- Continuous work with products customers with the purpose of studying level of satisfaction with their quality.
