Production of components and spare parts
1200 units of equipment were already assembled. The main peculiarity of the equipment is quick versatility of products manufacturing and creation of custom bays. Availability of wide range of machining centers and CNC machines allows the plant at the earliest possible date to develop machining of figurine, case-type parts with dimensions up to1000×1000×1000 mm.
Universal equipment allows to machine parts of different shapes, press forms and dies, cutting tool and implements with high precision and minimal labor input.
The available equipment provides extensive technological possibilities in various types of machining:
- Machining of rotary body parts of max 1000 mm diameter and 3000 mm long
- Grinding of large capacity pieces of 2000×6000 mm;
- Manufacturing of gears and tooth gears with maximum module 10;
- Manufacturing of welded parts of sheet and shaped metal including stainless steels, using seam, contact, spot and other types of welding;
- Sheet metal stamping (max force 5 000 tn.);
- Heat treatment of parts made of structural, alloy, tool steel (surface, three-dimensional hardening in high-frequency current, cementation);
- Notching of sheet metal of 6 mm thickness and up to 2000 mm wide;
- Ion plasma application of reinforcing coatings (titanium nitride);
- Oxidation, phosphating, chromium-plating, galvanizing.
