LIFTING UNIT FOR REPAIR OF BOREHOLES APR-60/80
The unit is designed for carrying out overhaul repair and development of oil and gas boreholes, and is capable of providing the following operations: transfer from one borehole to another, erection and dismounting operations on borehole, lowering and lifting operations with oil-well tubing and pump rods, fishing and other types of work, boreholes liquidation, sand plugs and cement columns drilling out, milling of metal parts, development of boreholes after drilling, exploratory drilling of boreholes up to 2000 m deep using auxiliary equipment (rotor RM 250 -400 or power swivel).
The unit allows short time loading on hook up to 80 tf in case of tightening, reciprocation, breaking away of parkers etc. meeting all necessary accident control measures during operation with guy lines for fastening to external anchors.
Climatic version-U, arrangement category I acc. to GOST 15150-69 at working temperature of ambient air from –40 to +40 º C.
Main design characteristics and service advantages comparing with domestic analogues:
- high mobility during erection and dismantling operations due to availability of front and rear outriggers for unit bringing forward as well as possibility to work with anchorless fixing of guys at nominal loads due to small angle of derrick inclination;
- derrick rear support is made as separate part thus excluding load transfer on unit chassis during operation;
- spring brake in brake system allows to exclude lowering- in of tackle block during long stay;
- unit control can be carried out from heated cab and driller’s station.
