LIFTING UNIT FOR REPAIR OF BOREHOLES APRS-50KAM
APRS-50K unit is designed for carrying out lowering and lifting operations in the process of routine and overhaul repair of boreholes not equipped with towers or derricks for: bailing out, cleaning sand plugs with bailer and for excitation of boreholes by swabbing, Moreover, the unit allows, using irrigating unit and rotor, to carry out irrigation of boreholes and drilling out of sand plugs, boreholes exploratory drilling (conditional depth of boreholes drilling- 1250 m when drilling with drilling string 14 kg/m) using auxiliary equipment (rotor RM 250 or power swivel).
Climatic version-U, arrangement category I acc. to GOST 15150-69 at working temperature of ambient air from –40 to +40 º C.
Main design characteristics:
- the unit is fitted with extended to 21.5 m and reinforced derrick with open front end;
- the unit is equipped with rear hydraulic supporting jacks with mechanical locks and rear foundation beam, as well as front outriggers designed for installation of the unit in horizontal position;
- crown block of the derrick with separated pulleys axles;
- a contactless sensor introduced into the hoist system allows enhancing reliability of the system;
- for placing the derrick in working position there is a remote control;
- on request of customer the hoist block can be equipped with hook with loading capacity up to 20 t;
- outlet to mechanical rotor;
- additional halogen lamps have been introduced for better illumination of the borehole mouth;
- operator’s cab.
