LIFTING MOBILE UNIT FOR BOREHOLES DRILLING AND REPAIR UPR-100

UPR-100 unit is designed for drilling by rotor and downhole motors of boreholes 2500 m deep (with stand of pipes of 24 kg/m weight), for overhaul repair, development and rehabilitation of oil and gas boreholes up to 5000 m deep (NKT 14 kg/m) and provides the following operations:

  • transfer from one borehole to another;
  • erection and dismounting operations on borehole;
  • lowering and lifting operations with oil-well tubing and drill pipes which are installed in vertical position by pipe setbacks and pump rods;
  • fishing and other types of work, boreholes liquidation;
  • sand plugs and cement columns drilling out;
  • milling of metal parts;
  • development of boreholes after drilling etc.;
  • second borehole kickoff and borehole drilling.

Climatic version-U, arrangement category I acc. to GOST 15150 at working temperature of ambient air from –40 to +40 º C. The unit is designed for domestic supplies and export, for use in moderate and cold microclimatic regions as per GOST 16350.

The unit meets the requirements of labour safety standards as well as “Safety rules in oil and gas industry” PB 08-624-03 for units with loading capacity above 40 tf.
