Trade house «ЕlAZ» is organization department of OJSC «PA ELAZ».
All products are supported by corporate service department which included the full range of aftersales, warranty and out-of-warranty servicing of machinery.
Within servicing frameworks the technical support of customers is provided at all stages regarding purchase and operation of equipment, overhaul and routine repair, upgrading of products and getting approval from State technical supervision body for modifications introduced into the structure of products. Special attention is paid to prompt supply of spare parts.
Besides original developments the design department deals with upgrading of different equipment and tools with the purpose of optimization of their use by specified customer.
Serial output of wide range of special machinery has been organized. The development of new products considering special requirements of each customer is carried out continuously.
We can deliver our products to any place of Russia and CIS. Shipment is done on self-delivery terms, by customer transport or to customer warehouse by OJSC “PA ELAZ” transport. It is possible to deliver cargo by railway transport as well.
