Transport services
PA ELAZ performs all types of works for technical maintenance and repair of domestic vehicles and special machinery, including loaders, bulldozers, excavators, auto cranes, hydraulic lifters. Reequipping motor transport with issuance of relative documentation for registration at the State Road Inspection. All types of repair works and technical maintenance, as well as reequipment of transport facilities are confirmed by certificate of compliance. PA ELAZ renders services of transportation of cargoes and passengers. Transportation of passengers is done by passenger transport, buses "GAZEL", PAZ, KAVZ, LAZ, LIAZ, "Karosa" in versions for town and suburban and international travelling.
The transport enterprise offers the following technical means: dump trucks with trailers in the amount of 50 units, bulldozers T-170 with cultivator, grader DZ-98, automotive cranes 16 - 36 t , wheel loaders TO-18, TO-30, L-34 – as separate services and as complex mechanized brigades for transportation of inert materials and arrangement of separate sites, temporary roads. Besides, our enterprise offers services for international transportation of cargoes, for this we have two units of bolster trucks with semitrailers equipped as per European standards. The prices for such services are contractual.

Besides, road service of the enterprise executes the following works:
- construction of gravel and macadam roads with use of towed roller;
- recultivation of land;
- construction of curbs with block stone covering;
- construction of ditches, storm water passages;
- construction and repair of street roads with macadam covering;
- improvement of territory adjoining to buildings and roads.
The automotive repair service of TE performs overhaul of fuel engine crankshafts of vehicles: KAMAZ-740, ZIL-508, ZMZ-402, 4021, 4026, ZMZ-53, 511, 52, D-240, 243, 245 using resistance welding method. We also render services of technical maintenance TM-1000 for vehicles on Ural-4320 chassis with engine YAMZ-236, YAMZ-238.
